The main pollution of slaughterhouse wastewater is the high content of organic matter, the wastewater is reddish brown, there is a strong odor and the pollution concentration changes, in the treatment of uncertainty and process requirements are relatively high.
Large domestic slaughtering and processing enterprises adopt equipment and technology, can slaughter and process a variety of poultry and livestock at the same time. This leads to the high concentration of sewage discharged by such enterprises, and the change of water quality and quantity. To solve this problem, we suggest the use of hydrolytic acidification – biological adsorption regeneration – contact oxidation process. This water treatment method adopts the AB two-stage combination process. The load of A stage is high, and the addition of polymeric aluminum chloride and polyacrylamide flocculants with strong adsorption capacity makes the flocculants have good settling performance. The flocculants are compact, large in volume, fast settling speed, and strong in impact load resistance.
