Anionic polyacrylamide as a common flocculant, mainly used in industrial solid-liquid separation process, especially flocculant settlement, sewage clarification, sludge concentration and other processes, the main industry applications of anionic polyacrylamide include: urban sewage treatment, paper making, petrochemical, metallurgy, food processing, dyeing and sugar and mineral processing and other industrial wastewater treatment.
Anionic polyacrylamide main application scope:
1. Domestic sewage and organic wastewater treatment. Polyacrylamide is positive in acid-base neutral medium.
2. Polyacrylamide is used as a flocculant for the treatment of tap water from rivers, with less dosage, less effect and low cost, especially the combination of inorganic flocculants is better, and it will become an efficient flocculant for the treatment of water works in the Yangtze River, Yellow River and other basins.
3. Polyacrylamide can also be used in oilfield chemical additives, such as clay anti-swelling agent and oilfield acidification thickener.
When anionic polyacrylamide is used, the concentration should be controlled at 0.1-0.2%, and the dissolution dilution tank should be set up when the supporting dissolving equipment and dosing system are not used. Use screw pump to add, dosage according to the actual situation adjustment.
With the increasing environmental protection requirements, the amount of anionic polyacrylamide will increase significantly, and the current insufficient capacity of anionic polyacrylamide in China will intensify.
