Polyacrylamide flocculant is a white or light yellow powder of organic polymer, can be divided into cationic, anionic and non-ionic type. So what are the problems that are often encountered in sewage treatment?
1. Due to the high content of organic matter, the nitrification reaction is limited and the ammonia nitrogen value increases. The solution to this problem is to stop the suffocating water and open the inner and outer circulation. Stop pressing mud to ensure sludge concentration. If organic material causes the expansion of non-filamentous bacteria, polymeric ALCL and polyacrylamide flocculants should be added to promote sludge flocculation.
2. Excessive ammonia nitrogen caused by sludge problems. Excessive sludge extrusion and insufficient sludge reflux can reduce the age of sludge and increase the value of ammonia nitrogen. Treatment method: reduce water intake and add similar sludge. When the two are combined, the effect is even better.
3. Sudden increase of ammonia nitrogen will lead to excessive ammonia nitrogen. This is usually when the industrial sewage enters the domestic sewage network, the ammonia concentration of the intake rises, the original nitrogen removal system collapses, and the ammonia nitrogen of the effluent exceeds the standard. Treatment method: When the PH value is guaranteed, the ammonia nitrogen concentration of the system decreases.
