The water quality of the pharmaceutical factory is very complicated. The sewage contains some toxic and harmful organic substances which are difficult to explain. These types of treatment processes, air flotation needs to use cationic polyacrylamide, precipitant, etc.
Biopharmaceutical wastewater is characterized by high concentration of organic matter, COD,BOD value fluctuation, wastewater BOD/COD value difference, high concentration, deep chroma, high ss. Chemical pharmaceutical wastewater is characterized by high COD, high salt content and large PH change, the single composition in the wastewater is not conducive to the growth of microorganisms, containing toxic and not easy to degrade substances.
