Nonionic polyacrylamide is widely used in industry. It can be used not only as a flocculant in wastewater treatment, but also as a chemical grout and other additives. Mainly used for the following purposes:
1. Used in metallurgy and mineral processing industry. Non-ionic polyacrylamide is used in the industry. When it is added to the residue and leachate of copper and zinc ores, the separation rate can be effectively improved.
2. Used in textile industry. Non-ionic polyacrylamide and some other chemicals can be combined into a chemical slurry for use in the sizing process to effectively improve permeability, adhesion and desizing properties.
3. Used in sewage treatment industry. Polyacrylamide has good flocculation effect on acidic water. Non-ionic forms can also be used in sewage treatment with other chemicals for better purification.
