Organic matter content is several times higher than ordinary wastewater. Cations are usually used in this case.
In the treatment of pig farm wastewater, the first thing to pay attention to is to filter out a large number of suspended solids contained in the wastewater through fences or screens, which can reduce the content of suspended solids and pollutants in the wastewater. The amount of medication can save costs. A fully dissolved polyaluminum chloride solution is then added to the sewage, followed by a cationic polyacrylamide solution. Here they fuse together, effectively removing suspended matter, some ammonia nitrogen and phosphorus from the water, while the chemical oxygen demand in the water is significantly reduced. In the follow-up treatment, the difficulty of treatment will be greatly reduced.
Cationic polyacrylamide is used for sludge dewatering. According to the properties of sludge, the corresponding product model can be selected. It can effectively dehydrate the sludge before it enters the press filtration. The dehydration process will produce a large frame, non-stick filter cloth, press filter is not dispersed, thick filter cake, high dehydration efficiency, filter cake moisture content below 80%.
